JOE KELLY, LMP (Structural Medicine)

Joe Kelly is a Licensed Massage Practitioner whose main focus is in Structural Medicine. He is presently enrolled in a professional training at the Institute of Structural Medicine, taught by Donna Bajelis, SMS, PT, CHP.

Structural Medicine works to restore proper alignment and functionality to a client’s body through an integrative approach using soft tissue manipulation, body awareness, verbal dialogue, and movement re-education.

Joe works collaboratively with his clients by empowering them to make informed decisions so they can be active participants in their healing process. He draws from his extensive experience as an educator, outdoor leader, and athlete to create a supportive, fun, and uplifting environment for his clients.

As a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Trainer and competitive athlete, Joe has developed a training philosophy that enhances all aspects of fitness to create well balanced athletes. In 2009 he ran the White River 50 Endurance Race, a challenging 50 mile course with over 17,400 feet of elevation change in the shadow of Mt. Rainer.  In addition, Joe is an experienced mountaineer, climber, and backcountry skier who has climbed in mountain ranges throughout the western United States.
