Mark Wieczorek
Track & Field

Hi, my name is Mark Wieczorek. I was born in Sioux Falls, SD. My sport is Track and Field, and I have been competing in it since I was 18 year old.

My favorite workout is 200m repeats. I am inspired by my family, and remembering my goals keeps me motivated.

My favorite food is steak. I relax by watching tv shows/ movies, and love listening to Acoustic Rock.

My pre-competition ritual is drinking coffee.

What's the secret to my success? Always have fun and enjoy what you are doing.

What Mark says about InHealth

As a professional athlete who has moved around, spent time on my own and with other professionals and training groups, and competed around the world for nearly a decade I have learned how difficult it can be to find the support of professionals who truly understand our sport and what we need. That is why we have been so lucky to have found and had the support of InHealth. The support they have given us is top notch and has been a vital part to the success of our team. They have been absolutely amazing and we could never thank them enough for everything they have done for us.
